On November 18, 2020 we hosted the Region 5 AAAS meeting (Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies). It felt so good to get back in the kitchen! The meal we offered included our home made burgers with a few extras; fried mushrooms, bacon, fried onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles plus potato salad, caesar salad, and coleslaw. For the dessert, Carrie made chiffon cake served with whipped cream and berries. The meal was a big hit!! The meeting was very informative as well.
