Thank you so much to our volunteers who helped put in the ice on Saturday. This is the first time in a long time we didn’t have our fearless leader Clint there to guide us (he had family commitments), but the volunteers pulled us through. Thanks to Nicole and Mike Suchy from Holden Minor Hockey, Patrick Flemming, Jesse and kids from Pond Hockey and Carl Pipke from Iceholes. We are excited to have ice in and finally get some hockey going.
Gail Alger, Carrie Hrabec and Toni Cheremshynski made fresh burgers for the group to complete the day.
Wayne is updating the paint job on our Zamboni so it will look pretty for this season.
